Our guests are welcome to fish on the 120 m long marked and reedy fishing area of the hotel beach.

You can fish only having a fishing licence.
You have to buy a local fishing licence and card in Balatonfüred.

Lake Balaton is a wonderful fishing resort.
The flora and fauna of the lake is rich with cca. 40 sorts of fish: carp, pike-perch, catfish, pike, bream, gelecus, etc.
At Balaton Museum in Keszthely you can see hooks as long as a span, they prove that at the lake lived fishing and angling people already before the early historical times. Today you don't need so long hooks anymore, but if you have patience and enough endurance you can catch a catfish longer than 1,5 m, a pike-perch as long as your arm, a carp over 10 kg, a grass carp or a silver carp.
The best fishing places entice you with success on the nothern shore in the reedy bays.
