Suite prices are fixed and always payable at the maximum rate per person per night.
Room rates do not include the tourist tax (payable over 18 years: HUF 710 / person / night). Room rates include VAT and a 12% service charge. Prices are subject to change.

Parking outdoors or in the underground garage: HUF 1,800 / car / night

Payment and booking conditions

50% of the total booking amount is to be transferred within 5 working days after the reservation, either by bank transfer or from your SZÉP card. Please indicate the booking number and your billing address in the transfer notice.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 10 days prior to arrival: full refund of the deposit minus a HUF 5,000 administrative fee.
• Cancellation more than 5 days prior to arrival: booking can be modified free of charge to another date, subject to availability and agreement with our sales team (the modified booking will be charged at the current rates of the chosen period).
• Cancellation within 5 days of arrival: the deposit will not be refunded, and the booking cannot be modified.

Cancellations and modifications are only accepted in writing, via e-mail.

A booking is only considered final once you have received our confirmation with a booking number by e-mail, and the participation fee has been credited to our bank account. Should you have any questions, we are happy to assist you by e-mail or telephone.

For children aged 0–3 years, accommodation and board are free of charge. Please request a baby cot in advance; it can be provided depending on availability.
The actual child rates are calculated by our online booking system and may vary depending on the season.
