Suite Rates
Our suite prices are fixed and must always be paid based on the maximum occupancy per night.
Room rates do not include the tourist tax. (Payable from the age of 18: HUF 710 / person / night; the exact amount for 2026 has not yet been determined.) Room rates include VAT and a 12% service charge. Rates are subject to change.
Parking: Outdoor or underground garage – HUF 1,800 / car / night
Payment and Booking Conditions for the New Year’s Eve Period
An advance payment of 50% of the total amount is required within 5 working days of booking, by bank transfer or from your SZÉP card.
Please indicate the booking number and your billing address in the transfer comment.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings made after December 1, 2025, cancellation is no longer possible.
For cancellations made between December 1–18, 2025, the deposit is non-refundable. However, in consultation with our sales colleagues, and subject to availability, it can be used at another time. (In such cases, the modified booking will be charged at the prevailing rates for the new period.)
For cancellations made after December 18, 2025, the deposit will be retained by the hotel as a cancellation fee. It is non-refundable and cannot be used at another time.
In case of early departure for unforeseen reasons, the full package price remains payable.
Cancellations and modifications can only be accepted in writing, via email.
